Due to advancements in NLP, voice-enabled technology has made leaps and bounds since the emergence of Apple's Siri.
At Aiello, we took the technology further with multi-model natural language understanding (NLU) and a Data & Knowledge Management deep learning framework. From one strand of conversation, our model can understand multiple intentions and follow up with multiple action items. The machine performs these tasks in a sequential and logical manner, satisfying needs hidden within a conversation, redefining the way we interact with technology.
Each query is framed against a knowledge graph database (GDB), which is trained for our clients and is specific to their business, brand, and industry. Centered around natural language intentions and semantics, the GDB enables our solution to deliver accurate human-like dialogue experience for business applications.
